Emilee Scheeff practices regularly in the areas of business, corporate, and commercial law; state and local taxation; estate planning; wealth and asset protection; and business succession planning. She also regularly assists clients with navigating the probate process after the death of a loved one. In addition, she frequently advises businesses regarding issues they are facing and the tax implications of their decisions.

Ms. Scheeff graduated summa cum laude from The University of Alabama with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She then earned her Juris Doctorate in conjunction with an LL.M. in Taxation from The University of Alabama School of Law.

Ms. Scheeff is a member of the Alabama State Bar and admitted to practice in all Alabama state courts as well as the United States District Court, Northern District of Alabama. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association (Member of the following Sections:  Taxation, Elder Law, and Real Property, Probate, and Trust), the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association, Tuscaloosa Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors, Tuscaloosa Estate Planning Council (President and Former Vice-President), Federal Tax Clinic Board of Directors, Leadership Tuscaloosa (Class of 2017).
