For our bank and lending clients, we perform due diligence and prepare loan and collateral documentation. For our county and municipal clients, we provide assistance in acquisition of right-of-way, development, and regulatory matters. In addition, we represent public and private utility clients in site and right-of-way acquisitions and development. The Real Estate attorneys have significant experience in single-family and multi-family residential transactions and development, retail and commercial transactions and development, and industrial and minerals development. Our Real Estate attorneys have served as title insurance agents for over 40 years. Presently, we are an agent for First American Title Insurance Company, and have served as such since 1988.
