Foster C. Arnold practices in the firm’s Energy Group and Real Estate Group and has been an attorney at Rosen Harwood since 1999.   Ms. Arnold, a native of Greensboro, Alabama, received her Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama in 1999, where she was a member of the Journal of the Legal Profession, a member of the ATLA Trial Advocacy Team, and a recipient of the George Peach Taylor Award of Advocacy.  She was also educated at The University of the South, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in 1991, and at Auburn University, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Community Planning in 1993. 

Ms. Arnold is experienced in representing oil and gas operators in regulatory matters before the State Oil and Gas Board of Alabama. She also has an active practice in oil and gas finance transactions, with particular emphasis on Alabama Recording Privilege Tax issues and has extensive experience in mineral title certification for operators drilling wells at both the Preliminary Drilling Opinion and Division Order Title Opinion levels.

Ms. Arnold also conducts real estate closings at the firm and is knowledgeable about title insurance underwriting and policy issuance matters. She is the President of the firm’s title company, Guaranty Title, Inc., and has an active practice in drafting real estate contracts and instruments. Ms. Arnold is a licensed Title Insurance Agent in the State of Alabama. She is also a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association, the American Land Title Association, and the Southeast Land Title Association.
