By subscribing to our SMS service, you agree to receive text messages from Rosen Harwood, P.A. regarding law firm updates, appointment and billing reminders, and relevant legal information. Please review the following terms for details on how we collect, use, and manage your information:

  • Consent Requirement: Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.  By providing your mobile number and opting in by written form, you give express prior written consent to receive SMS messages from Rosen Harwood, P.A.  You may only receive marketing, informational, or transactional SMS messages after providing such consent.​
  • Message Purpose and Frequency: Messages will include appointment and billing reminders, firm news, and essential client information. Messaging frequency may vary based on your relationship and ongoing communications with the firm.​
  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for charges billed by your provider.​
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. Doing so will block further SMS communications to that number until you opt in again.​
  • Opt-In and Consent Tracking: We log and securely store the date, time, and method of your opt-in for compliance purposes. Only recipients who have provided written or electronic consent will receive messages. Implied consent is not sufficient for ongoing messaging and is only recognized for direct, incoming requests.​
  • Privacy Assurance: Your phone number and information provided for SMS communications will not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties.​

  • Regulatory Compliance: All SMS communications are subject to federal, state, and carrier regulations, including CTIA guidelines and The Campaign Registry (TCR) requirements. Our messaging practices are reviewed regularly for compliance, and your consent record may be reviewed by carriers if requested.​
