  • Consent RequirementMobile Opt in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes.  By providing your mobile number and opting in by written form, you give express prior written consent to receive SMS messages from Rosen Harwood, P.A.  You may only receive marketing, informational, or transactional SMS messages after providing such consent.​
