Robin Pate is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. She received her Bachelor of Science in biology from Birmingham-Southern College in 2004 and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The University of Alabama in 2009. While in law school, she was a junior editor and a member of the Managing Board of The Journal of the Legal Profession.
Ms. Pate is licensed to practice law in the states of Alabama and Mississippi, and she is admitted to all United States District Courts in Alabama and Mississippi, as well as United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Ms. Pate serves on the Executive Committee of the Environmental Law Section of the Alabama State Bar. She is a member of the Environment, Energy and Resources Section of the American Bar Association, the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section of the Alabama State Bar, the Real Property Sections of the Mississippi and Alabama State Bars, the Mississippi Bar Section on Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law, the Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association and the Hemp Industries Association.
