Payment Refund Policy

Rosen Harwood is pleased to offer our clients the ability to pay their bills online by using a secure payment portal. There is no fee for making an online payment and the payment is processed within two (2) business days and normally posts to your account within 36-48 hours.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards.

Online Bill Payment Refund Policy

Online payments made in excess of the total bill amount invoiced will show as a credit on the customer's next billing statement. Is my online payment information secure?

Yes. The transaction portion of our website is protected with encryption software.
May I view my account balance online? 
Online access to account information is currently not available.  If you have any billing questions, please contact our Accounting Department at (205) 344-5000 or toll free (877) 223-9497.  We are available to answer your questions MondayFriday from 8 am to 4 pm.
Are payment plans available?
