Labor and Employment Law

Rosen Harwood counsels and represents clients in all aspects of labor and employment law. Our labor and employment attorneys have significant experience in this complex area of the law, and are dedicated to handling the most sophisticated issues consistent with each individual client’s needs.

We assist clients with the drafting of employee handbooks, employment agreements, policies and procedures, and provide preventive counseling and training such as management training, anti-harassment training, and diversity training. In addition, our attorneys counsel clients on a wide variety of health insurance coverage issues, continuation coverage (“COBRA”) rules, health portability (“HIPAA”) requirements, and reporting and disclosure obligations to the Department of Labor and to local, state and national taxing authorities.
