Supreme Court Gives Pregnant Employees an Accommodation

The U.S. Supreme Court rules that denying light duty to pregnant employees may violate the Pregnancy Discrimination Act if light duty is given to non-pregnant employees. Your company may need to review your light duty or accomodation practices in light of this new ruling.
