W. Bradford Roane Shareholder

W. Bradford Roane, Jr., born in Atlanta, Georgia, was educated at Emory University, where he earned his BA in 1982, and at Tulane University, where he earned an MBA in finance in 1986. Mr. Roane earned his Juris Doctorate degree at George Washington University in 1994.  Prior to his attending law school, Mr. Roane spent over eight years in the banking industry, primarily in commercial real estate lending.  Admitted to the Alabama and Georgia State Bars in 1994, he is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama and the Northern District of Georgia. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996.

Mr. Roane’s practice is in real estate, business, banking and energy law. He represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate sales, acquisitions and financing transactions and leasing.  He is actively involved in business and commercial transactions, including business formations, mergers and acquisitions and financing.  Mr. Roane counsels clients in energy and environmental law.
