Nicole Bohannon Hampton Associate

Originally from Sheffield, Alabama, Nicole Bohannon Hampton joined Rosen Harwood, P.A.’s litigation practice group in 2015. She is licensed to practice in all Alabama state and federal courts. In Rosen Harwood’s litigation practice, Mrs. Hampton represents clients in a variety of civil matters, including environmental, insurance, property, employment, and debtor-creditor litigation.

Mrs. Hampton graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2015, where she served on the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team and the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board and as chairman of the law school’s orientation. Mrs. Hampton received a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude with Honors Thesis, in Political Science from the University of Alabama in 2012, where she was a University Fellow and a National Truman Scholar Finalist. She is a member of the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar’s Young Lawyers and Women’s sections.

Mrs. Hampton and her husband, Josh, are active at First United Methodist Church Tuscaloosa where she serves on the administrative board and as a liturgist.  Nicole is a member of the Junior League of Tuscaloosa and serves on the West Alabama Leadership Prayer Breakfast Committee. In 2009, she founded the Blueprints College Access Initiative, which provided over 1000 high school students across Alabama with supplemental post-secondary education planning in 2014-2015 through Birmingham-based non-profit, Alabama Possible, where she currently serves on the Board of Directors.
