Elizabeth S. Gordon

Elizabeth Gordon was born in Memphis, Tennessee, May 7, 1974, and was raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She received a bachelor of arts in French, magna cum laude, in 1996 from the University of Mississippi.

Mrs. Gordon returned to Tuscaloosa in 1996 to attend the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, she served on the staff of the Journal of the Legal Profession. Mrs. Gordon was also a member of the International Law Society and Farrah Law Society. She graduated cum laude, and was admitted to practice in 1999.

Mrs. Gordon received a master of arts in French from the University of Alabama in 2003. She currently teaches French part-time, offering both private lessons and courses at the Capitol School.

Mrs. Gordon is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Tuscaloosa Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in the Northern District federal court of Alabama.
